How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location, customs procedures and carrier performance. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

United Kingdom: Standard delivery is £4.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery is £6.99.
International (all other countries): Standard international delivery is $12.50 USD.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the United Kingdom and internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees from your country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when available. See our Track Order page for step-by-step help.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@apprelia.com. If you are in the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling off period. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return and it is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may then take a little more time to post the refund.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or it is the wrong item. What should I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at support@apprelia.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or exchange an item?

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For help with an order, contact us at support@apprelia.com.
